Lowes wanted a national brand in their glove section. But our glove portfolio wasn’t designed with the hardware store consumer in mind, that’s when we got to work. After pitching the line extension to Clorox we developed a planogram, got buy-in from Lowes, and I started designing the packages. From there, I set up a BazaarVoice sampling and reputation management program to support this launch with social proof and Lowes.com reviews.
